I stopped doing rigid sport at the age of 25 ! Got married at the age of 29 ! Had my first baby at the age of 31. I still do some activities from time to time to maintain my figure. Got preggy for the second time at 33 ! Still into sports but not religiously doing it. Since then I gained weight ! Now, I have difficulties in losing them. I don't do strict diet but sometimes I am force to do so ! I wanted to get back to my original weight which is 50 kls! I measure 5'4" inches and presently weighs 58-59 kls. I tried to avoid eating starchy food, control my eating habits, decreases my intake of sweets and junk foods. I have tried some program from the internet, it didn't work out ! If you have some secrets to share on how to lose weight please do ! Don't tell me I should do liposuction, assure me please ! Analyse , you always stunned me with your slim silhoutte model like (ano ba kasing ginagawa mo ?).....

so here it is: i eat a lot. all kinds of food. but of course, i don't eat more than i could really take, i mean, i don't force-feed just to gain weight. yeah, i actually have the reverse problem. i was taking all kinds of vitamins when i was younger, i even took pills, of course to control pregnancy, but most of all, to gain weight. well, as you know, im still as skinny as pre-pregnancy..and yes, i dreamed of gaining weight post partum but i lost all the weights that i gained (+ more).. im hopeless..
some people here who don't really know me thinks im vain, that i do everything to keep my figure.. and those who really know me thinks na may bulate daw ako sa tyan hehe..
kidding aside, your 59k is still not bad. i have seen far worse (he he he). and since you have the will, i am sure
I have the tendency to do it ! Walking a lot, trekking then stop drastically ! A lot of people told me NICEHEART to do regular exercise just to maintain the rythmn! Kasi pag tumigil yon daw ang mas nakakataba !
Hay naku ANALYSE I am desperately wishing to have your mala model like body ! It's just so strange noh, even you had Louna, payat ka pa rin ! Siguro nga may bulate ka hahahah !! When I was still young talagan I took a lot of vitamins pero talagang hindi tumaba! Now it's the other way around siguro I need to take diet pills na to lose weight! Just kidding I prefer to exercise rather than taking pills ha ! I would go for natural way pa rin ;) !

Anyway dancing is great exercise! I have proven it! Before we got married we were dancing for about 1 1/2 years and to my surprise I feel sexy on my wedding day..lol

Then buy a juicer, yun lang almusal mo. juice of one orange,apple,celery carrots.
Then Im taking herbal tea, kaya lang tiis mo punta ng cr to get rid of what u ate.
Then physical work ko, kaya 59kilos ako. Pero slim, hehehe.
If only we can be like Analyse in terms of metabolism.
