CoucouANGELO ! Yes, they are 12, ang dami nga eh! For Pres. Jacques Chirac, I think it was his choice not to run this time. He was elected 2 times (12 years in the service). Probably he feels that people will vote for someone this time and that he would like to give chance to other candidates :) !
